  • How long shipping takes during the pandemic?

Regarding global pandemic, all online retailers have been struggling by shipping delays. Although, we are trying to manage this situation as best as we can. We can guarantee that your order will be delivered 1-7 working days, wherever you're located across the world.

  • How can I cancel my order?

If for any reason you've made the order by mistake, you should immediately contact to regalsjewelry@gmail.com and we will cancel your order. Please note that if the order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel your order.

  • Can I get a refund?

If for any reason the order has not arrived inside 10 days we ask you to e-mail us regalsjewelry@gmail.com. Another reason you may ask for a refund is to get a defective or a destroyed item, then we kindly ask you to e-mail us again with a photo of the destroyed or defective item directly after you received it, so we can proceed to the refund.

  • When will my order be processed?

All orders are processed within 24 hours and shipped the next working day Monday to Friday.

  • Will i get a tracking number?

Absolutely yes! You will receive a tracking number by e-mail, immediately after we will dispatched your order. The e-mail includes the tracking number and a tracking link. 

  • What if my item is returned to sender?
Please be aware that it is your responsibility to track your order. It is your responsibility to pick up your order from your local courier in time before it is returned to sender, in the case it cannot be delivered.
Please be aware that we do NOT process refunds in the case of your order being returned to sender. However, we will happily re-send your order, no more then one additional time.

  • What is your jewelry made of?

REGALS jewelry are made of stainless-steel and 925 Sterling Silver, covered with two thick layers of solid 18K gold. We ensure that our jewelry are hypoallergenic, lead-free and nickel-free, they do not tarnish and they are water-resistant. 

  • How do I find my ring size?

You can check our ring sizing guide here or in each product description.

PAYMENTS

We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as Apple Pay. We also accept orders through Pay Cash on Delivery for residents of Greece. We do not accept cheques or wire transfers.

In the case that a refund is issued. A credit will appear in your account 5-10 business days after the refund is issued.

  • How do I use a discount code?

You can use your discount code at the check out page.

  • Can I use multiple discount codes?

Unfortunately, you can only use one discount code per order.

  • Can I have a partial refund the discount amount?

No, we are unable to offer price adjustments on orders already made. We cannot apply discount codes to orders after they have been placed.

  • If i want to purchase a gift for someone else where can I write his/her name?

There is a note box in the payment section where you can leave a note for us with instructions.

Disclaimer: All of our orders are packed and processed from our warehouse in Greece. Due to events such as New Year Eve, order processing and shipping times can be delayed in order to celebrate the public holiday.
